Kathleen A. McGinty
In 2003, Kathleen McGinty was secretary of the state Department of Environmental Protection for the State of Pennsylvania
In 2000, she acted as counselor to Vice President Al Gore during the presidential campaign and served as a senior policy advisor to the Democratic National Committee.
Formerly, she chaired the White House Council on Environmental and acted as Deputy Assistant to President Bill Clinton.
