Zenab est diplômée de l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble, du Master de Droit Européen de l'Université d'Aix en Provence, et du Master of Arts in Government de New Mexico State University, USA. Elle a précédemment travaillé en tant que chargée de projets à la Conference of Non Governmental Organizations in Consultative Status with the United Nations à Genève, et au Geneva International Peace Research Institute. Elle y a mené des projets de coopération avec le monde arabo-islamique. Elle a enseigné durant deux ans au niveau graduate la science politique et les relations internationales à New Mexico State University. Elle parle couramment l’anglais et l’arabe, et possède une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand.

Janet graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a major in International Studies in 1973. She spent her senior year at Miami University's European Center in Luxembourg. Following graduation, she worked as the Assistant Operations Manager for Equibank N.A. in Luxembourg, and then went onto to work as the Assistant Comptroller for Boart International Luxembourg, part of the Anglo-American Corporation. From 1989 - 1992, she worked for Cleveland Clinic Florida in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as the Manager of International Services and Marketing, where she established the International Services Department, initiated an important volunteer program, and helped to negotiate and oversee a 2 million dollar tertiary care contract between Cleveland Clinic Florida and the Cayman Islands Government.

In Paris since 1992, Janet served as the Director of Alumni Relations at The American University of Paris from 2001 - 2005, where she was responsible for a large international alumni network; edited the alumni magazine; and managed the Annual Fund Campaign. She has been an active volunteer, served on various boards within her local communities, and has served as President of various organizations both in the U.S. and in France.

Hugues a étudié à ADVANCIA, école dédiée à l'entrepreneuriat où il est diplômé du Master en Entrepreneurship. Il a précédement travaillé au sein de plusieurs mouvements patronaux (ETHIC, MEDEF) où il a developpé plusieurs programmes dédiés aux PME. En 2007, au sein de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris, Hugues a travaillé en tant que chef de projet sur la mise en place de la French American Conference of Entrepreneurs (FACE) évènement fédérant une communauté de chefs d'entreprise français et américains.
